I went for a jog on Sunday morning, 2 miles. I don’t know if i’ll ever get better at this. I’m sure there must be something wrong with my shins. I foam roll, I stretch, I ice, I wear compression socks… why aren’t these things working? When I walked to work this morning, the pain was there yet again. I want to run, but this is holding me back. Maybe I am not cut out for this.
Still, I won’t give it up just yet.
