Owie, owie, owie! :(

Blerg.

Sunday – felt bad; opted out of running outside. probably should have bucked up.

Monday – ran at gym; shin pain was obscene and uncomfortable. 2 miles.

Tuesday – boot camp killed me. 1 and 1/2 hours.

Wednesday:

I really just want to bust it out on the treadmill tonight; I need to vent but I can’t if this shin pain keeps up. How i’d love to move past this two mile barrier already. How frustrating!

Thursday – boot camp. 1 and 1/2 hours.

Friday – run. Two mile minimum.

Saturday – lay out on couch like zombie, talking to myself and trying hard every so often to walk to the fridge. for water, of course.
