Starting on week 4, day 1 today after work. Yesterday’s run was a little more difficult – I struggled mostly with my legs not being able to take me where I needed to be. I think that might mean that I need a day off, so tomorrow will be a rest day – and much needed! We debated over whether to take a rest day today, but thought it would be nice to just get week 4, day 1 over with as quickly as possible 🙂 so that’s what we’re doing.
Today I am drinking water, water, water. Will be having pizza for lunch so if nothing else it should give me some energy for the run later on. Can’t wait to get it over and done with and I hope I don’t talk myself out of it!
