don’t die of shock but… i’m running again.

Yes, that’s right.  Running again.

I’ll add it all to the jogging tab, but as of yesterday i’m up to 12 minutes of running.  How far?  With walking breaks, about 3.5km in about 25 minutes.  I’m running with a friend in a 5k this weekend, and our goal is to finish it in under 36 minutes.  I think we should be able to, so long as we can ‘finish’ 5k. haha.

Just sayin’.
